INTERIOR MOULDINGS

Interior Plaster Crown Mouldings
Exterior window and door trim are placed on the top horizontal edge of and two vertical sides of the opening. The original and still valid purpose is to cover the gap between the frame and wall. Eventually, a more decorative approach came about.

THIS IS HOW WE DO IT.

STAGE 1 - DENSE EPS FOAMCORE
As in our exterior process except we use a higher density foam. Great rigidity yet still very flexible.

STAGE 2 - OPTIONAL FIBER MESH
Mesh is optional and typically applied for non-residential applications.

STAGE 3 - WHITE CEMENT
Our exclusive white cement application is the foundation of our interior product line. It's a tough coat, protecting the foam underneath yet smooth enough to accept the next layer.

STAGE 4 - AUTHENTIC PLASTER
After a 24 hour cure period, we can begin to apply our final two coats of an authentic plaster finish. Our trade secrets make them extremely fine to the eyes and very smooth to touch.

Introducing

one piece ceiling beams

Traditionally, many profile components are layered to achieve even the simplest of beam creations. Talented designers are tasked with piecing together profiles from an overwhelming selection then passed onto skilled carpenters to layout and meticulously cut each feature to create the illusion of a one piece assembly.

BREAK TRADITION
That was then. This is now. Now, with our manufacturing process, we not only alleviate much of the design and build process, but we offer many other advantages over traditional methods.

LIGHT COVES

Plaster light cove mouldings are an innovative architectural detail designed to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of interior spaces. These mouldings incorporate LED strip lighting within their structure, creating a subtle, indirect lighting effect that can transform the ambiance of any room. Ideal for adding depth and warmth, light cove mouldings are perfect for environments where soft and diffuse light is desired to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

Additionally, plaster light cove mouldings can be painted to match or contrast with existing wall or ceiling colors, offering further design flexibility. This adaptability, combined with the practical benefits of integrated lighting, makes plaster light cove mouldings a smart choice for anyone looking to enhance their space with elegance and innovative lighting solutions.
